About Chris

Raised in the business. Built my own.

My mother, Carolynn Ozar-Diakon, founded Resources Real Estate in Rumson, New Jersey in 2000. I got my license the year I finished high school and learned the trade in her office, then went to La Salle for a degree in multimedia design. That combination, real estate and marketing, is the whole career.

In 2012 I moved up to Hoboken and Jersey City for my first full year in production. The next year I sold $10 million, the year after that $12 million, with the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence and a top-100 ranking in Hudson County. In 2015 I founded The Ozar Group. Every listing got its own video and its own ad campaign, aimed only at the neighborhoods where the buyers for that home lived. Production passed $20 million, and sellers I had never met started calling because of how a neighbor's home had been marketed.
